Handling time

Most of the items available in my online shop are ready for shipping and I will ship them in 1-2 business days after receiving payment. There are also pieces that are made to order. It usually takes 5-10 business days to finish a piece that is made to order. Once your chosen item is finished, I will contact you by e-mail. If you need a rush order please contact me before making the purchase and I will see how I can help you get the chosen item in time.

Regular mail

Most of the purchases are shipped with regular mail by our local service provider “Latvijas pasts”. Shipping costs are 9 EUR and they will be added automatically once the chosen item is placed into cart. Please note that shipping from Latvia, Europe takes 5-10 business days around Europe and 10 – 25 days overseas.

NOTE: the more expensive items in my shop will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) and delivered to your door. Shipping costs are 25EUR and they will be added automatically once item is placed into cart. Please carefully read item description to see if item will be shipped via regular mail or EMS.

Express Mail Service

The more expensive headpiece will be automatically shipped via  Express Mail Service, please read item description. But if you are in a rush and would like to upgrade your regular mail order to EMS, please contact me before making the purchase so that I can apply the correct shipping costs.

Packages shipped via Express mail will arrive within 3-7 days in Europe and 5-13 days overseas and the package will be delivered to your door. I will also provide a tracking number so that you can track your purchased hat or fascinator any time.  Express Mail Service costs 25EUR.

For customers outside the EU there may be additional import charges per your government. I make every effort to minimize this process by declaring the contents of each package. If in case there are extra charges you will be notified at the point of pick up. Any import charges is the responsibility of the customer.
