What hat size is the right one for me?
Cocktail hats, fascinators and headbands have universal fitting and will fit all head sizes. I may require your head size to adjust the length of the hat elastic.
For full size hats – cloche hats, fedora hats, summer hats etc. – will be made to fit your head size. Please note that the hat size should be slightly larger than your head size (circumference), usually 5-7mm/ 1/4” larger. See my Hat Size Guide for reference.
How can I make sure the hat colour matches my outfit?
I try to capture the true colour of the hats as closely as possible but please keep in mind that the colour that you see in your PC, smartphone or tablet can be different because of the screen settings. Please contact me if you are interested in a particular colour of a hat and I will send you more pictures. I can also send material swatches (4.5o EUR).
How do fascinators and cocktail hats stay on? What hat fixing should I choose?
In the item description I have selected the best options how to attach the hat/ fascinator securely. For fascinators and smaller headpieces it will be a comb or headband, for cocktail hats I recommend a hat elastic and/ or comb. You can read more about this in my post “How to fix a fascinator or cocktail hat”.
Should you require a custom fixing for the chosen hat or fascinator please contact me prior to purchase.
How can I order a custom design hat? How much does a custom hat cost?
I will be happy to create a custom, unique hat or headpiece to suit your individual style. Please contact me and we can discuss your needs. The costs of a bespoke hat will depend on the design and materials used. We can discuss different design options to meet your budget.

Can you help me select a hat that suits me?
In my online shop you will find different styles of hats for different occasions. In my online guide you will find more information what style of hat suits your face shape. I have also prepared a list of recommendations how to choose a bridal hat and what styles of headpieces to choose for a town hall wedding ceremony. Get in touch and I will be happy to provide individual consultations to help you choose the right hat for the outfit and occasion.
When will you post my order?
Most of the items in my online shop are made to order. The production time will vary depending on the season. Usually made to order hats are ready in 1-2 weeks, but in the busy season – April to July it can take up to 3 weeks. If you need to receive your hat sooner please contact me prior to purchase.
Some of the items in my online shop are ready for shipping (please see item description). These items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of a parcel will depend on the delivery destination and shipping method. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions it is difficult to predict the exact delivery time.
Deliveries within Europe, EU usually take 5-10 business days. Deliveries outside EU – UK, Norway, Switzerland – can take a bit longer due to customs procedures. It is also possible to upgrade to express shipping via DHL or FedEx, the costs start at 39EUR.
Regular mail deliveries to USA, Canada will take 2-4 weeks, FedEx delivery – 5-10 business days. Regular mail deliveries to Australia, Hong Kong can take 6-8 weeks, please contact me for the rates and delivery times for Express delivery via FedEx and DHL.
Can I return a hat if it does not suit me or the colour does not match my outfit?
I want my customers to be satisfied with the purchased items! Please carefully read the description of the items and if any questions, contact me before making the purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after you have received the item. If you would like to return a purchased item, please contact me.
The returned item must be unused. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. I will refund the price of the purchased item/-s but not the shipping costs.
