Handling time

Most of the items in my online shop are made to order. The production time will vary depending on the season. Usually made to order hats are ready in 1-2 weeks, but in the busy season – April to July it can take up to 3 weeks.

Some of the items in my online shop are ready for shipping (please see item description). These items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

If you need a rush order please contact me before making the purchase and I will see how I can help you get the chosen item in time.


All payments for purchases in my online shop are easy and safe. Card transactions are processed externally by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.  When you pay via our direct payment gateway, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. I do not see or store your credit card data. You can also pay via PayPal.

Delivery - Europe

Orders will be shipped from Latvia, Europe. The delivery time of a parcel will depend in the delivery destination and shipping method.

Deliveries within Europe, EU usually take 5-10 business days. Deliveries outside EU – UK, Norway, Switzerland – will take slightly longer due to customs procedures. It is also possible to upgrade to express shipping via DHL or FedEx, the costs start at 35EUR. Please contact me if you need your order fast.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate delivery address. I always provide a tracking code so that you can track your order.

Delivery - USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong etc.

Orders will be shipped from Latvia, Europe.

Regular mail deliveries to USA, Canada will take 2-3 weeks, FedEx delivery – 5-10 business days.

Regular mail deliveries to Australia, Hong Kong can take up to 6-8 weeks, please contact me for the rates and delivery times for Express delivery via FedEx and DHL.

Customs duties

For customers outside the EU there may be additional import charges per your government. I make every effort to minimize this process by declaring the contents of each package. If in case there are extra charges you will be notified at the point of pick up. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import charges/ customs duties.
