Compliment your spring or autumn outfit with this elegant, hand-crafted cocktail hat.  Perfect for a wedding guest, mother of the groom or bride as well as a Race Day event or other formal events. This hat will look beautiful with a coat, coat dress, tweed suit.

Hand made pillbox hat

This is an elegant burgundy felt pillbox hat with birdcage veil. This hat is handblocked from wool felt using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and wooden hat blocks. I have used an elegant vintage inspired hat block shape which is slimmer in the front and taller at the back. I have trimmed the hat with sumptuous birdcage veil that is decorated with Swarovski crystals. Each crystal is carefully fixed into place by hand. The hat is entirely handsewn. It is wired and trimmed with petersham ribbon. This hat is finished with a hat elastic.

You can choose the position of the hat how you would like to wear it and I will adjust the hat elastic accordingly – centre of the head (veil bow at the back) or down the right/ left hand side (veil on top), you can see this position in the last 2 pictures.
